Frijid Pink was a rock band from the Motor City- Detroit, Michigan. They had 3 Hot 100 singles this was the only one to make the Top 40. “House Of The Rising Sun” was a #1 hit for The Animals in 1964, it also appeared on the charts #78- Santa Esmeralda in 1978, Dolly Parton #77 in 1981 and #100 in 2015 by Kimberly Nicole. Led Zeppelin once opened for Frijid Pink in Detroit back in the early days of Led Zeppelin.
