The Baltimore Ravens were 8-8 last season. Being a Steelers fan- I never expect the Ravens to be down for long. When the Ravens are at their best they have a great defense. Going into this draft the Ravens need some help on defense- at end and outside linebacker. The Ravens always seem to need help on offense and this year is no exception- they need help on the offensive line and at wide receiver.

With the 16th overall pick in the draft- the Baltimore Ravens select- DE/ OLB- Derek Barnett from Tennessee 6’3″ 265 4.88 in the 40. An outside rusher that the Ravens need with Terrell Suggs near the end of a great career. Barnett is one of those hard workers who give total effort. The Ravens know the importance of having a stellar defense and with a lot of wide receivers out there will go defense in round 1 and pick up a receiver later.
