When I saw another Mariah Carey #1 pop up here- I did wanna cry. The daughter of legendary baseball announcer Harry Caray- Mariah Carey had her first four singles from her debut album- go to #1. From this point onward- when I get to another Carey #1- I am not going to comment- she will have 15 more. Makes me want to abandon the project. I find her songs annoying. Dismissed. Na- she’s not Harry’s daughter- just trying to find something interesting to say about her– but didn’t she date Derek Jeter [my good friend Quinn Maddux’s favorite all time baseball player] back in the day?
What! Carey strikes another 15 times! I’m with you, Hans. If one can’t say anything good- no comment.
I guess at least Paula Abdul won’t be listed with 15 more #1 hits;.
