  1. Yes, their families were most likely dysfunctional to a point. Musical genius for a dad, heroin addict and musical genius for a dad, and so on and so on. Celebrity children are guaranteed to be screwed up because their parents are screwed up. It’s a cycle. Wilson Philips, average voices, cute girls, pop star parents got them a record deal, so what’s new here. I hope they have moved on with their lives and found happiness. The bright showbiz lights aren’t all they are made out to be. Judy Garland is the shining example. Good pick Hans.

    • I think they kind of outdid their potential having three #1’s- It seems their short run on the top of the charts- was predictable. I think you nailed it well.
