Future Byrd, Gene Clark, had a short stint with the New Christy Minstrels and sang on “Green, Green.”
I don’t recognize all songs in this chart, but based on what I know, this looks pretty good to me overall. Every time I listen to “Little Stevie Wonder”, I’m just blown away by the talent. Other than perhaps his voice, you really don’t get any clues you’re listening to a 12-year-old.
I’ve also always loved Johnny Cash, even though until fairly recently (5-6 years ago), when you would ask me about country, I’d dismiss it as hillbilly music! But Cash was always cool to me and I guess basically in a category by himself. I’m glad I’ve since come to appreciate county!
