Bobby Russell had 2 Hot 100 singles from 1968-71. He was a singer-songwriter who was once married to Vicki Lawrence- and wrote her hit ” The Night That The Lights Went Out In Georgia” a #1 in 1973. Russell died of a heart attack in 1992 at the age of 51.
