The version of ‘Greatest Love Of All’ that I prefer is the modest hit George Benson had with the song in 1977 from the soundtrack of The Greatest. ‘Greatest Love Of All’ was the seventh single released from Whitney Houston’s self-titled debut album- and her 3rd #1.

I was just about the only person I knew of personally back in 1986 who loved this song. Oh well…
I did- but I did like the George Benson earlier version a little more.
I do like his version too.
