AMERICAN TOP 40- THE 70’S-WEEK OF NOVEMBER 24, 1979

American Top 40- The 70’s- Week of November 24, 1979. My two favorites from this week- “Dreaming” -Blondie and “Crusin'”- Smokey Robinson. Pretty good week but the likes of KC and The Sunshine Band and The Captain and Tennille hold it back from being a great week and that Rupert Holmes song was annoying from the get go 41 years ago.

  1. The Little River Band is like Bryan Adams to me…just didn’t excite me much…except Cool Change…it is their Summer of 69 to me.

It’s funny when Kermit the Frog is better than a couple of the songs in the top ten.
