30 Day Song Challenge: A Song You Have/Want To Download: “Way Down In The Hole”- My favorite television show The Wire ran for 5 seasons on HBO. I don’t know of any other show that has done this- there could be a few out there but each season the opening song to the show was the same song “Way Down In The Hole” but each season a different artist performed the song. “Way Down In The Hole” was written by Tom Waits and was on his Frank’s Wild Years which came out back in 1987.
That’s a lot of versions! I only know the first two.
