Written by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio.  B-side:” Do You Know Why.” Peaked at # 52 10 weeks on the chart.  Nancy Wilson had 11 Hot 100 singles her biggest hit being #11 {“You Don’t Know} How Glad I Am in 1964. Written by Crewe and Gaudio of The Four Seasons fame it had been a #2 hit for Frankie Valli in 1967, The Letterman #7 in 1968. Grade: B
