Every Entry Into The Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart- 1969- Part 146- the three singles today entered the chart on September 6, 1969- “Something In The Air’- Thunderclap Newman, “We Gotta All Get Together”- Paul Revere and The Raiders Featuring Mark Lindsay and  “Mah-Na-Nah-Na”- Piero Umiliani.

467. “Something In The Air”- Thunderclap Newman. Track. Rock. Written by John Keene. B:Side:”Wilhemina” Peaked at #37 and spent 10 weeks in the Hot 100. The group was assembled by Pete Townshend of The Who. This was their only Hot 100 single. The song appeared on the soundtrack for The Magic Christian. Grade: A+

B:side” Frankfort Side Street.” Peaked at #50 and spent 7 weeks in the Hot 100. The 3rd of 3 1969 Hot 100 hits by Paul Revere and The Riders- only 1 of the 3 made it into the Top 40. Grade: B
