2018 NFL Mock Draft – Pick 29 Jacksonville Jaguars – WR Christian Kirk – Texas A&M

What a surprise the Jaguars were last season. I doubt even their season ticket holders had them picked to go to the AFC title game. Defense led this team, and Blake Bortles did more than just game manage. I do not think anyone is out there yet thinking that Bortles is the future of the franchise, but he is a lot better than what most teams have. Jags have a running game with last years first rounder in Leonard Fournette. They need another playmaker, and Christian Kirk is electric.

Kirk was one of the few bright spots for Texas A&M in the last few years. Kirk was amazing with a good QB, and was better than average with the not so good QBs A&M had last season. There are a few that think Kirk will fall into the second round; in my opinion if you see talent get that talent before someone else takes it.

Kirk is 5’10” 201. He has good speed and fantastic hands. Get him in space and the ball and yards after the catch will pile up. He will be able to stretch defenses and give Fournette some running room. He will also be able to return punts. Playing in the SEC he has faced several of the DBs that will also be drafted in this class. The team that drafts Kirk will have no regrets.

Jax could take a TE here as well, but I believe it will be Christian Kirk WR Texas A&M
