On this day in 1964 The Beatles made their first appearance in the United States on the Ed Sullivan Show in front of an estimated 73 million people.

What did The Beatles play on that historic evening? “All My Loving”,  “Till There Was You”,  “She Loves You”, “I Saw Her Standing There”, and “I Want To Hold Your Hand.” I wonder how many rock and roll bands were born on that Sunday night?
