Holy crap – stop it! Deja Vu, I can’t take it. Actually like the Crash Test Dummies version of Pumpkin head better. Going to Neil Young tonight, can hardly wait. Watched Across the Universe yet?
Yes watched it a couple weekends ago and really liked it..it was different in a good kind of way…enjoy Neil Young! Tomorrow is his 67th birthday.. tell him Hans said ‘hey”
Hey hey my my from Hans. Glad you enjoyed ATU
It appears that Neil refuses to burn out..or fade away…
Hands down the greatest musician Canada has ever produced.
I agree…and I’d go with Joni Mitchell as his female counterpoint..
Good call on Joni. We at least agree on all things music. Neil Young was amazing. We had general admission floor tickets, meaning we were about 30 feet from the stage. Neil still has it, I shouted hello from Hans. The entire stadium sang happy birthday to him. So cool. One of my happiest concerts ever.
Glad you enjoyed the concert. Not surprised that Neil still has it…yes we do agree on things music..lol
The interesting thing was how many young people were there. Unlike Tom Petty or Joe Cocker etc. I would say at least half the audience was under 30.A young girl next to me started to cry when he played Needle and the Damage Done.Powerful stuff for an artist to be able to engage a new generation.
