Reds pitcher Homer Bailey just completed a no-hitter for the Cincinnati Reds tonight in Pittsburgh against the Pathetic Pirates. Bailey’s no-hitter is the 7th no-hitter pitched in Major League Baseball this season. It is the first no-hitter pitched against the Pirates since Bob Gibson of St.Louis did it to them in 1971 when none of the current Pirates were even born. Congrats to Bailey on an overwhelming performance.
The Pirates with 81 losses now- will have to win their remaining 5 games to finish 81-81. The chances of that happening are about as much as my chances are of being POTUS in 2016. Another losing season will be 20 in a row for the Pirates. Pathetic indeed.
