Counterfeit parts used in US Military Planes
I cannot say that this comes as a surprise to me at all. I would not want to be one of the young men or women faced with managing a parts order. Just a bit scary as these things find there way into everyday use. God Bless the men and women of the US military, for you need all of the divine help you can muster.
Other countries lining up for a moon base
I do not think that a moon base is feasible, but at least these other countries seem to have plans for something. Where is NASA? Oh yeah they were watching a private enterprise launch a rocket to the space station. Sad to see a truly great legacy of space exploration come to absolute nothingness. Will we even have a launch vehicle capable of sending up anything moderately sized within the next 20 years? I do not think we could even pull off a Mercury or a Gemini launch at this point.
