  1. Feelings and later on You Light Up My Life…rock bottom of the 70s to me. Weak top ten but with a few good ones sprinkled through.

  2. Looks like this was not one of your favorite weeks Hans! I agree there are lots of turkeys on this list, just in time for Thanksgiving lol. Though I was a huge Elton John fan, I never cared for ‘Island Girl’ and never liked ‘Bad Blood’ either, which he sings back-up on. I liked ‘Lyin Eyes’ for about a week, but then it was so played to death I now cannot stand to hear it. I’m happy to see you gave ‘I Love Music’ an A+, as it’s my favorite song on this list, and for all of 1975. And I’m kinda surprised to see you give the Bay City Rollers song a B.

    • I like most of Elton’s from the 70s- but I agree with you a thumbs down on Island Girl…. the Bay City Rollers song- was catchy- and I guess I like it better -when compared to some of the other songs on here….. I also agree the best song on the list is I Love Music.
