Billboard #1 Hits: #680: ‘Two Hearts”- Phil Collins. January 21, 1989. #1 for 2 weeks in Billboard Hot 100.

  • Single: ‘Two Hearts” -Phil Collins
  • Record Company- Atlantic
  • Genre: Pop
  • Written by Phil Collins and LaMont Dozier
  • Time: 3:23
  • B-side: ‘The Robbery’
  • Album- Buster: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack
  • Grade: B-
  • Peaked at #1 2 weeks in Billboard Hot 100. #6 in UK, #1 in Canada, Denmark and Japan.

The second #1 for Phil Collins from the Buster movie soundtrack- the other being ‘A Groovy Kind Of Love’- it was also the 6th #1 of Collins career- he would end up with 7. Well I guess he’s still alive and could add on to that- but at this point I’d consider it very unlikely.
