Guns N’ Roses debut single ‘It’s So Easy failed to chart then “Welcome To The Jungle’ peaked at #7- ‘Sweet Child O Mine’ the follow up went to #1. The song was inspired by singer Axl Rose’s girlfriend at the time Erin Everly- daughter of Don Everly. The song started as a jam session- Rose was listening upstairs and was inspired to write the lyrics. Last week in the song draft- ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ was chosen by Quinn Maddux in the fourth round. A song that in 33 years I still haven’t gotten tired of hearing.
