Under The Covers: Other Artists Covering Beatles Songs: ‘Happiness Is A Warm Gun’- U2. John Lennon’s composition from The White Album- one of the better songs on the album. U2 covered it in the 1990’s- well certainly a remake not a cover. I certainly prefer The Beatles original but this is interesting.

I like the industrial sound they give to it and I see they left the “romantic” lyrics out.
