I had forgotten that this was another soundtrack single #1 from the era of soundtrack hits. The song earned Madonna her first Grammy nomination. It also entered her into new ground- it was her first ballad single.

I’m not a big fan but, this is a good song.
Madonna is a hell of a performer and she’s had so many great hits. Not bad for a Michigan girl 🙂
