I’ve heard the name Phil Ohs but know nothing about him other than what you just shared. I don’t like the cavalier attitude he sang it with.
Ochs was a political folk singer from back in the 60’s- he grew mentally unstable in the 70s and ended up killing himself in 1976 at the age of 35
