• BILLY JOE SHAVER: ELECTRIC SHAVER: 1999: 4 STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: IPOD: Shaver should have made it huge- I like him as much as I do fellow country outlaws- Waylon and Willie- but somehow he didn’t make it big. Shaver died four months ago at the age of 81. Mount Rushmore- ‘Thunderbird’, ‘People And Their Problems’, ‘Manual Labor’ and ‘New York City.”
