Wow, I’m only aware of a handful of these albums!
Makes me feel old and out of touch.
I guess that’s one way to look at it, though I’d prefer “out of touch.” 🙂
Additionally, in my case, since March, I’ve been looking for newly released music each Friday and found plenty of songs I sufficiently liked to write about them; yet, I still do not know the vast majority of these albums!
I can only guess at least part of the reason is they stylistically didn’t speak speak to me.
I am going to try and catch up on some of those releases as 2021 begins.
I’ve heard of 13 of these albums or artists. The ones by Phoebe Bridgers, Fleet Foxes, Fiona Apple and Tame Impala have appeared on just about every ‘best album of 2020’ list.
On that list I am wanting most to hear the Apple and Fleet Foxes albums.
