I didnt know that about Jerry Jeff. I guess I better pay a little tribute. I like this version but Jerry’s was always the one for me. I wouldnt know half of what was going on in the music worlds if it wasnt for folks like you.
Thanks… It’s a shame his version wasn’t a hit- but I am sure he didn’t complain when the royalty checks came in on this and other songs he wrote over the decades.
