The Partridge Family- a television series from 1970-73 starring David Cassidy- and his step-mother Shirley Jones. Cassidy was the son of actor Jack Cassidy. “I Think I Love You” was their debut single and only #1. Overall they had 9 Hot 100 hits with 7 making the Top 40.
Not a half-bad song really…is the grade a “B” with an extra for having the coolest bus on TV?
I never cared for The Brady Bunch but always liked The Partridge Family- the interplay between Danny and Reuben- and of course there was Susan Dey…
Only two real musicians in the family…

David and Shirley..
I loved this one back in the day (I was 16), but not as much today. I’d still give it a solid B.
A good pop song. one that isn’t overplayed since it was a hit which helps.
