At the Grammy’s in 1975 “I Honestly Love You” won for Record Of The Year, Best Pop Vocal Performance, Female and the song was nominated for Song of the Year- losing out to “The Way We Were.” Not a bad song but that just goes to show how out of touch the Grammy Awards were at the time.

  1. I can still remember thinking that the song was out of place on R&R radio. The Grammy wins!? A weird fluke or somebody greased somebodies palm. I really like ONJ’s voice but not pop!
