  1. This is like an oasis in the desert compared to your mid-week countdown in the 80s…I actually know and like most of these songs. The more I see 1971 the more I think it was one of the best years for music in the 70s.

    • I am working on a July 1989 one for mid week- it is pretty bad. The scary thing is I only remember a few songs on it….yes 1971 was a pretty good year.
