Mark Lindsay the singer for Paul Revere and The Raiders had 8 Hot 100 singles as a solo artist from 1969-71 with 2 making the Top 40. His biggest hit was #10 Arizona” in 1969. I haven’t heard “Silver Bird” in decades-forgot I even knew the song.

  1. One of my long-time, all-time favorites. It has been one of the greatest fan-girl pleasures of my life to become friends with Mark Lindsay in the past few years. He’s one of the kindest people you’d ever want to know. And he still sounds great, all these years later.

  2. That is great to hear about Mark. When I saw the title it didn’t look familiar but it didn’t take long into it- yes this is something I remember- and it stayed in my head the rest of the day.
