30 Day Song Challenge: Day 28: A Song You Used To Hate But Love Now: “Don’t Stop Believin’- Journey. I wouldn’t say I hated this song from 1981 until June 10, 2007 I’d call it- totally indifference to the song. Then on the finale of The Sopranos- at the end of one of my favorite television series ever- this was the song playing. A lot of people remain unhappy with the ending of the series- did Tony meet his end? I was fine with it- I didn’t want to see Tony get offed. Anyway- after that- for the past 13 years I have loved this song- thanks to The Sopranos. Tony by the way during the series- liked a lot of borderline bad music. Just the music snob in me coming out. Note- another favorite show of mine Breaking Bad ended with “Baby Blue” by Badfinger- now I’ve loved that song from first listen.
