She toured with The Beatles and was the girlfriend of future Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page in the mid 1960’s. She has over 600 songwriting credits- her most famous being- co-writer of the gigantic early 80’s hit “Bette Davis Eyes.”
I can’t believe she was involved in Bette Davis Eyes.
I bet she could have lived off of the royalties
Wow just learned she is married to Randy Edelman. I actually bought Concrete and Clay.
She’s had an interesting life. Toured with The Beatles/ girlfriend of Jimmy Page/ co-wrote Bette Davis Eyes/ Married to Randy Edelman. hmmm.
Yup been married to him for over forty years apparently.
Jackie was an early supporter of the Byrds before they hit it big with “Mr. Tambourine Man.”
