The Who were never a big singles band- they had 26 Hot 100 singles on the Billboard Singles Chart with 16 making the Top 40- their biggest hit being #9 “I Can See For Miles” in 1967. “The Seeker” was released as a non-album single right smack dab with The Who at their commercial peak- between their most famous album Tommy and their best album- 1971’s Who’s Next.
