Sweet Soul Music Of The 70’s- “Have You Seen Her”- Chi-Lites.

The Chi-Lite an R&B group from Chicago-had 23 Hot 100 singles on the Billboard chart-with 5 making the Top 40. They had two huge hits they are remembered for- in 1972 a #1 with “Oh Girl”- and their first big hit a year earlier “Have You Seen Her” #3. The group was headed by Eugene Record who co-wrote “Have You Seen Her” with Barbara Acklin. The singles also peaked at #3 in the UK Singles chart.
