Songs I like by Artists I Don’t- “Sunglasses At Night”- Corey Hart. The first of nine Top 40 hits by Canadian Corey Hart- is the only one of his singles that I liked. Released in 1984 it peaked at #7. The song was written by Corey Hart. The key to the songs greatness- the synthesizer hook. One of the producers of the song- was Jon Astley a singer-songwriter who was at one time the brother -in-law of Pete Townshend of The Who. Again not a fan of Corey Hart’s but I must say I have always loved this song.

His biggest hit was – Never Surrender- 1985..
Ok I heard it before…just listened to it…
but probably not since then.
I don’t think I’ve heard it since the 80’s either

Didn’t care for never surrender but i loved Sunglasses at Night….can’t love every song out there.
