Not a bad top 40… still two Osmonds managed to creep in.
Thought it was also odd- Tom Jones and Humperdink both made the Top 40 same week.
Two of a kind…that is odd… you would think they would cancel themselves out.
First thing I did was scan for the Captain and his first mate and then the Osmonds… forgot about Donny and Marie.
This was getting pretty late into the 70’s for a Donny and Marie sighting – boy do they butcher up that great Marvin and Tammi song.
That was what I was thinking. I was surprised to see them. They polluted a lot of seventies charts.
It seems like every week- they are on the charts on one form or another.
Lots of sawdust with a few jewels in there. GH at the bottom of the list…. ::smh::
Crackerbox Palace got to #19. I am not sure if it was falling off or rising at this point.
Good to know, thanks 🙂
Year of the Cat, Dancing Queen and Go Your Own Way are my favorites from this chart. And as much as I always like the Eagles, I just never cared for New Kid in Town.
