The Beatles Song Of The Day is “I’m A Loser.” “I’m A Loser” is the second song on The Beatles “Beatles For Sale” album. John Lennon wrote the song. John would later say “That’s me in my Dylan period. Part of me suspects I’m a loser and part of me thinks I’m God almighty.” Jackie DeShannon who was touring with The Beatles in the summer of 1964 recalls John writing this song on a plane during the tour. They considered releasing “I’m A Loser” as a single until John wrote “I Feel Fine.” John considered it one of his best early songs, an honest song.
