  • LEONARD COHEN: LIVE IN LONDON: 2009: 5 STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: A 2 1/2 hour long concert- Cohen was 73 at the time and never sounded better.

  • BEST OF BEAT BUGS: SEASON 1 &2: 2016: 3 1/2 STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: Songs from the Netflix series for young kids. Beatles covers from the likes of Chris Cornell, Rod Stewart, Eddie Vedder, Pink, Jennifer Hudson, The Shins..etc. 21 songs in all.
  • JOHN PRINE: THE SINGING MAILMAN DELIVERS: STUDIO PERFORMANCE AUGUST 1970: 2011: 4 STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: Studio performances released decades later- from around the time of Prine’s first [and still greatest] album- includes some songs that had already been written but would later appear on later Prine albums.
  • JOHN PRINE: THE SINGING MAILMAN DELIVERS: LIVE PERFORMANCE NOVEMBER 1970: 2011:  4 STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: A live performance from the time of his first album. Just Prine and his guitar. The packaging of these two together makes a lot of sense- from the same time period and give you more bang for the buck.
  • FRANK SINATRA: THE CONCERT SINATRA: 1963: 4 STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: This isn’t a concert album- but refers to the big orchestra that arranger Nelson Riddle had playing for Sinatra. It was supposedly Riddle’s favorite Sinatra album on Reprise.
