MY LIFE THROUGH MY T-SHIRT COLLECTION- LITTLE WALTER

IMG_1061

Little Walter was a great blues harmonica player. He was also a singer and songwriter. He was also a member of the great Muddy Waters band playing on a number of his great Chess Records classics. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a sideman in 2008, he is the only member of the Hall of Fame inducted specifically as a harmonica player. I have a two disc best of- and his music is great to listen to. He died much too young at the age of 37 in 1968.

I got this t-shirt while on a vacation through the Mississippi Delta- at the Blues Museum in Clarksdale, Mississippi. That day could have been my record for most t-shirts bought at one time, I probably picked up a dozen that day.
