Outstanding Story from ESPN

i tend to rip on espn quite a bit. overall, i think that a great idea got lost with espn. now i am not suggesting that they need to go back to broadcasting aussie rules at 2 am or world’s strongest man competitions, but in my opinion they have placed themselves above the games and events. the 30 for 30 series has produced a lot of good stories, and i hope that Jonathan Hock gets to produce more films.

Outside the Lines has overall been a solid program for the network. i cannot think of any of these stories that were over done or did not allow meaningful insight into the subject. The follow up that i linked to is outstanding. this is an amazing story and that Lisa Fenn stayed in these boys lives is a solid testament to her.

i hope that you enjoy this story as much as i have.
