Written by Bob Dylan- and released on his New Morning album- George Harrison covered it on his excellent All Things Must Pass album. This was his first hit single in the US- #25. It would be a couple more years before she had her second hit. Odd how she began as country pop artist and won awards as a country artist.
how little I know about Dylan apparently! I thought it was probably a Harrison song originally. I like Olivia’s take on it but think George’s might top it
