Deep Tracks From 1971: “Mushroom”- Can. Can was an experimental German rock band- who from 1969-79 released an album every year and are considered pioneers of Krautrock. Rolling Stone has called them a pioneering ‘space rock band’ and a number of artists over the years have sited them as an influence- they were one of those bands that didn’t sell a ton of albums or have hit singles but were an influence on those who did hear their music.
