My Music Listening Journal Day 17: Sunday January 17, 2021.

- THE BEATLES: SGT. PEPPER’S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND: 1967: 5+ STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: CD: ROCK: The most famous album ever. While I don’t think its even The Beatles best- it is a great one and a game changer. Mount Rushmore: “With A Little Help From My Friends”, “Within You Without You”, “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds”, “A Day In The Life.”

- BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN: DARKNESS ON THE EDGE OF TOWN: 1978: 5+ STARS OUT OF 5 STARS: IPOD: ROCK: My first and still favorite Bruce Springsteen album. Mount Rushmore: “Badlands”, “The Promised Land”, ‘Prove It All Night” and “Racing In The Streets.”
Adam Raised A Cain would be on my Rushmore, but I know a lot of people donβt like it that much.
Not a song on the album that I don’t like.
Any day listening to Sgt. Pepper is a great day in my book! π
Sgt Pepper, a childhood favorite
I think you know my take on ‘Darkness’. Tell Aph I’m with him and you on “Cain”
