Todd Rundgren- musician- singer-songwriter- producer-engineer was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania in 1948. This was his first hit. From 1970-83 he had 11 Hot 100 hits with 5 making the Top 40. His biggest hit was “Hello It’s Me” $5 in 1973.

I love this one – early Todd was really special. Always sounded a bit insincere but great tunes.
Great tune by Rundgren.
Great song, I think too often forgotten (probably deliberately when it comes to radio since they view the lyrics as sexist).
