532. “And When I Die”- Blood, Sweat and Tears. Columbia. Jazz-Rock. Written by Laura Nyro. B-side:” Sometimes In Winter.” Peaked at #2 13 weeks on the chart. Produced by James William Guerico of Chicago fame. Blood, Sweat and Tears in 1969 had three singles that all peaked at #2- that would be the closest they would get to having a #1 hit. It was oe of the first songs that Laura Nyro wrote when she was seventeen years old. Grade: A.

533. “Something”- The Beatles. Apple. Pop. Written by George Harrison.Double A-side with ‘Come Together” which peaked at #1. “Something” peaked at #3. From The Beatles Abbey Road album- George Harrison’s great hit inspired by his wife Pattie. Frank Sinatra would call it the greatest love song ever written. Grade: A+.
