The Sounds of Summer- Day 91/95: “That Summer Feeling”- Jonathan Richman. This isn’t the typical summer song about girls, sunshine, surfing etc. “That Summer Feeling” came out in 1983- Richman’s music in a lot of ways reminds me of Daniel Johnston’s- [Richman came first } in his at times childlike view of the world. Love this tune.
