The Sounds Of Summer- Day 68 of 95- “Bad Guy”- Billie Eilish. Not that I am very tuned into what is on the radio these days but the song from this summer that has really stuck in my head is “Bad Guy” by this years sensation Billie Eilish. I see she has just made the cover of The Rolling Stone- which probably doesn’t mean as much as it did back in the day. Her album “When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? has went to #1 and so has this single. Listening to the album at this moment. Good stuff.

At first I found this song kind of annoying, but it really grew on me – it’s so catchy. I need to learn to play it on bass.
It was one of those songs that got me the first time I heard it- same with most of the album. Will be interesting to see how her career goes.
I heard this last night on Aphoristical’s site…it draws you in whether you want it to or not.

That was a train wreck- dumpster fire that you could see happening ahead of time. Sad.What a voice she had.
Amazingly sad. And sending out the very public cry for help with the song about telling her to go to rehab and she said no. To have it so in your face that someone’s bent on destruction but you can’t really do anything about it if they’re determined to keep going that way.
She seemed determined to join the 27 club and no one could stop her.
