2. What a storied history that house had! Amazing that so many famous people lived there at one time or another, including Trent Reznor.

   • I don’t think I’d be able to sleep at nights….

   • Neither could I.

   • the house next to us- about 15 years ago the man living there killed himself and his dog… I have always wondered since when someone moves in -do they know the history of the house…. then again do I know the history of the house I live in? It was built in the 1940’s- who knows. I try not to think about it.

3. I just finished reading the story and at least a few of the side stories linked to it. The Spahn Ranch in the pictures looks just like the ones in the movie. Trent Reznor is a d*ck sorry, for doing what he did. What’s wrong with him!? I did think that Manson sicked his family on the record producer but I guess not. Sounds like Manson was not a welcome houseguest at Dennis Wilson’s house, which I also thought. What does surprise me is how he wormed his way into this group of people!

5. Real estate agents are supposed to disclose things like murders and suicides when they’re selling a house. I wonder how many stick to that…?
   Cannot BELIEVE the owner sent a repair bill to Sharon Tate’s parents !!!!!

   • The folks next door are packing to move- after they move if I see them around I am thinking on asking. They were renting there. The house has changed hands a number of times over the years.. That is crazy about suing Sharon’s parents but from reading the new book on the murders called Chaos- the guy seems like a slimy kind of guy.
