Very good top 40…I didn’t have to look up the F this week!
Even as a kid I remember Wildfire being worn out. You couldn’t turn on the radio without hearing that over and over again. I heard enough as a kid to last me a lifetime.
Off topic- did you like Once Upon A Time In Hollywood? Haven’t seen it yet.
Yes I did…the imagery is wonderful…because of Tarantino… I can’t see the masses loving it but I did like it…. Let me know what you think when you see it. I won’t say anymore. I am a fan of him so I am a little biased. I want to be more clear but I can’t lol.
that’s all good- i was just wanting what you gave- a thumbs up or thumbs down– like you I am a fan so I anticipate liking it. … after seeing the preview a few weeks back I can’t get– Brother Love’s Traveling Salvation Show–out of my head.
The only thing I can say critical and not give anything away…some scenes were a little too long…but overall I did like it and I went in knowing who the director was…as you will.
I think even if the movie was a dumpster fire with Tarintino directing it would at least be an entertaining dumpster fire….
I remember the 10cc song vividly as it is attached to big memories. I remember Sweet Emotion and falling in love with Aerosmith, a love affair that continues to this day. Hans, (even though you didn’t ask me) I give the Tarantino movie 2 thumbs up and love the dumpster fire analogy. I love the patchwork pieces he embellishes his masterpieces with. Not sure how he was able to pull all of the scenery and memorabilia together for the times as people are driving around town, but as a time capsule alone it’s worth seeing. Yes, the soundtrack also rocks. These comments are the tip of the iceberg of the film.
Big boys don’t cry…
