The Beatles Song Of The Day is “Think For Yourself.” “Think For Yourself” is on The Beatles “Rubber Soul” album. It was written by George Harrison. The Beatles were finishing up recording “Rubber Soul” which they wanted out before Christmas and they were a little short on material. “Think For Yourself” was a song George was working on so they took a stab at it. They didn’t spend much time on it. Who was George mad at? In 1980 he said he didn’t even know-but it was probably the government. John Lennon: harmony vocal and electric piano/ Paul McCartney: harmony vocal and bass guitar/ George Harrison: vocal and lead guitar/ Ringo Starr: drums, maracas and tambourine. The song was recorded on November 8th,1965 at Abbey Road. Producer: George Martin.
