The Cincinnati Bengals went 10-6 and did the impossible, they made the playoffs for the second year in a row! There is a lot of young talent on this team. But they are the Bengals so to me its a year to year thing. They’ve looked like an up and coming team before in the past 20 years only to return to reality quickly. The Bengals like every team in the league have needs, they could use a running back but I don’t see them taking a running back in round 1 with the crop of running backs out there this year. They could use a center and right tackle and on defense inside linebacker and at safety.

The Bengals over the years have taken a lot of questionable characters. Players with a spotty past. Sometimes this has worked but overall it hasn’t. There is a player out there that has CINCINNATI BENGALS written all over him.

With the 21st pick in the first round the Cincinnati Bengals take Alec Ogletree ILB Georgia 6-2 1/2 242 4.7 40. He has failed a drug test and was arrested for a DUI days before the combine.  At Georgia he has made some big plays, can stay on the field in all situations. He has great sideline to sideline pursuit…and of course he is always a threat to show up on the police blotter. Alec Ogletree shapes up to be the perfect Bengal.
